Getting Started
Get up and running with OliAI in a few minutes. This guide covers the two main ways to use OliAI:
- The UI — The web dashboard for managing everything visually
- The API — The programmatic REST API for integration with your systems
Prerequisites
- An OliAI account with Admin or Super Admin role
- Access to the OliAI dashboard (provided by your administrator)
Setup Overview
Log in to the Dashboard
Navigate to console.oliai.in (opens in a new tab) and log in with your email and password.
Create a Voice Flow
A flow defines the AI's behavior — what it says, how it sounds, and what language it speaks. See the Voice Flows guide for details.
Add Contacts
Import your contact list via CSV, Excel, or the API. See Contact Management.
Build an Audience
Group your contacts into an audience to target with a campaign.
Run a Campaign or Use the API
Either launch a campaign from the dashboard, or create an API key and start building programmatically.
