Billing & Usage

Billing management requires Admin or Super Admin role.

Your Plan

Navigate to Billing in the sidebar to see your organization's current plan:

Quota Status

The Quota card shows your current usage against your plan limits:

  • Minutes Used — How many call minutes you've consumed this period
  • Minutes Remaining — How many minutes are left before overage charges apply
  • Status — Whether you can currently make calls

When your quota is exhausted, campaigns cannot start and individual calls will be blocked. Contact your administrator to review the plan or clear the quota.

Usage Analytics

The Usage section shows a date-range breakdown of your consumption:

Use the date picker to filter by custom ranges — useful for monthly reporting or campaign-specific analysis.

Invoices

The Invoices section lists all billing invoices for your organization:

Plan Types

Subscription

You pay a fixed monthly fee that includes a set number of call minutes. Additional minutes are charged at the per-minute overage rate.

Best for: Organizations with predictable, consistent call volumes.

Pay Per Use

No fixed monthly fee. You pay only for what you use, at the per-minute or per-call rate.

Best for: Organizations with variable or occasional call needs.

Admin Billing Dashboard

Super Admins have access to the Admin → Billing section with organization-wide visibility:

  • View and manage invoices across all organizations
  • Assign or change billing plans for any organization
  • Generate invoices manually
  • Mark invoices as paid
  • View system-wide usage overview
